Solved problem of PC tower not powering on. The suspected problem was a power supply problem, this was not the case. The solution was one that ended up being a cheaper problem to solve. I appreciated the honesty. I also called asking if I could bring my PC in same-day on a Saturday at midday. They said yes, I brought it in, and I brought my PC back repaired same day at 3:30pm. I have been utilising the services of this AMAZING COMPANY for 10 years! In 2010, I asked them to set-up a home PC full server offering with proper safeguards from attempted fraud, phishing and cyber attack + monitor + cordless mouse. Guess what? After installation did not have one problem in 10 years. Incredible! A month ago I asked them to do a full PC server refresh, NEW server + Microsoft 2013 + Adobe + anti spam + anti-cyber detection. It is now 100% installed, so user friendly it's embarrassing and MOST IMPORTANTLY working even better then the one I had the last 10 years. $1, 500 charge and the best investment ever. Combined with NBN, high internet speed at Heathcote, I am living the dream! GREAT service. You got my vote and THANK YOU VERY MUCH for making my life easy - at home, and when I work from home.
