Our story
Three decades of quiet, reliable technology.
We started with a single repair bench and a simple promise: fix it properly, explain it plainly, and treat every customer like a neighbour. More than thirty years on, that is still exactly how we work.
Since 1992
It began on a workbench in the Shire.
Himark Computers opened its doors in 1992 in Sydney's Sutherland Shire — one bench, one soldering iron, and a founder who genuinely enjoyed pulling machines apart to see what had gone wrong. Word travelled the way it does in a close community: someone's computer was fixed honestly and fairly, and they told a friend.
Those friends became a family business. Over the years the repair bench grew into a full workshop, then into a team that designs networks, builds custom machines and looks after the technology of hundreds of local homes and businesses. We are still family-run, still on the Princes Highway, and still answering the phone ourselves.
What has never changed is the reason people come back: we do the work we would want done on our own gear — carefully, and with nothing hidden.

Himark Computers begins as a small repair shop in the Sutherland Shire, fixing home PCs one honest job at a time.
2001

Growing demand leads us into custom builds — hand-assembling workstations and servers tailored to each customer's real needs.
2009
Looking after businesses
We expand into managed IT, networking and on-site support, becoming the outsourced tech team for local firms across southern Sydney.
2016
Into the cloud
Backups, hosting and cloud migrations join our services, keeping our clients' data safe, available and firmly under their control.
Today
Still here, still local
Thousands of repairs and hundreds of long-term clients later, we remain family-run on the Princes Highway — with the same values we started with.
